Protecting yourself with the Pillar of light

Surround yourself with a pillar of light. Asking Archangel Michael or Shiva to surround your pillar of light and cloak it, and reinforce it. Drop the energy from your heart. Imagine an energy ball. Drop that energy ball from your feet. All the way to the Center of the Earth. Fill it with light from the center of Gaia. Then bring that light all the way up through your feet, and all the way to the top of your head and then all the way up into your soul star. That will assist in keeping the etheric body clear. Utilize this energy ball for clearing anytime.
