You are living in more than one realm: Welcome to 3D, 4D, and 5D

Over the last year, many of you have heard me talk about the “Youniverse.” Just for the sake of conversation, the Youniverse is you and the reality you are creating. The goal is to consciously create this reality by tapping into your innate wisdom. But what does that actually mean? And does it sound hard?

It’s not—and I’m going to break it down for you in simple terms.

Some of this may be hard to articulate, but don’t let that stop you from reading. Just take what resonates and leave the rest. I’m simply doing a bit of gardening here—planting seeds for you to water when you’re ready.

"You" refers to your 3D physical self and ego. Your ego exists only in the 3D realm—it’s not a bad thing; it’s the tool you need to "do" in this human experience.

"Universe" is a word that feels all-encompassing because we’re not just connected to all that is—we are all that is. We are Source, God, or the Youniverse itself—however you choose to describe that divine spark within.

If you’re reading this, your higher self—your 4D self—is already nudging you. It knows there’s more to life, and it’s letting you know: if you want something more, you can create it. Continuously. Consciously.

Let’s break this down.

The 3D realm is your physical world. It’s your body, your house, your job, your routines, and everything you can see or touch. Everything with a physical body lives in the 3D. If it doesn’t have a body, it doesn’t live here. It’s straightforward.

The 4D realm is the realm of thought, emotion, belief, imagination, and communication. It’s where ideas are born and where dreams live. Think of it as the information highway of the multiverse—the space where all consciousness that has existed, exists now, or will ever exist is accessible. We’ve all been tapping into it through daydreams, intuition, creativity, and synchronicities. That’s 4D.

The 5D realm is the energy of love, soul, and unity. It’s where unconditional love lives. You feel it when your child curls up with your pet and your heart melts, or when you cry at a wedding because something deeper moves through you. It’s the realm of remembering—of knowing that we never actually left home, only forgot.

So how do these realms work together?

The Youniverse is layered. Imagine each realm like a transparent sheet of color—3D as red, 4D as yellow, 5D as blue. When they overlap, they create new experiences, new states of being. But when all three are in harmony, something magical happens. We see and experience every color, even ones we didn’t know existed. That’s what it means to consciously create. To live in balance between the seen and unseen, the form and the feeling, the doing and the being.

To recap, the 3D realm is your physical self and everything you can physically interact with. The 4D realm holds your thoughts, dreams, emotions, and the astral. It is the portal to all that exists without a physical form. The 5D realm is the energy of love, spirit, and Source—it’s the longing for home and the moments of divine connection you feel in your heart.

Here’s the truth we’ve forgotten: we are incredibly unique as humans. We exist in the 3D with physical bodies, we have access to the 4D at will, and we are emotionally and energetically connected to the 5D realm. No other being, as far as we know, navigates all three like we do.

We are literally multidimensional, limitless beings. And all we need to do to bring what some call heaven on earth is to learn how to balance these realms within ourselves. It’s not hard—it’s our natural design.

Animals and nature are already doing this in their own way. The difference is that they live from their natural, authentic state. They don’t question it or override it. They simply are. We don’t need to mimic them, but we can absolutely learn from their example. When we tap into our own innate wisdom and let ourselves be who we truly are, we begin to live in alignment too.

So in closing, this article may be enough to shift you into a reflective space that opens new pathways within you—if you allow it. Let it be an invitation to explore deeper questions, to notice what resonates, and to begin to create from that space.
