Is it Deja vu or Past-life memories?

Have you ever had the feeling that you have been to a country that you have never travelled to before? Or have had memories or dreams about being someone else? It may feel like you are going crazy, but in fact what if I told you that it could be a past life memory intruding in this life. 

The first time it happened to me, I was in grade 11 at school and we were meditating in Drama class. Unlike everyone else who stayed in their body I went back to what could only be a past version of me in England. Judging by my dress it was the 1800s, I was in an all white dress, with a white hat and sitting by the window in a room, I heard someone call my name and it was Lily, after that I woke up.

I put it aside as possibly my imagination (it was very active) but the same thing kept happening to me but with different countries. I have always had an affinity with Egypt (the pyramids, ancient gods) France, and the medieval era, I also have a memory of being labeled a witch but I don't know if it was in the US or England, I didn't regress far enough.

I still to this day get random feelings of deja vu (like I have been there before) and when I went to Paris for the first time I knew where the lock bridge was going to be and I had never seen it in photos before. I remember being a Lord and when I tried fencing for the first time I found it easy, like I had done it before.

I know it isn't just me, have you ever just had a love of a country you have never been to before? or a time in history you are drawn to? That could be your soul remembering where you have been before (I find it so fascinating).

All I know is that Egypt is on my bucket list of travels when my daughter gets older and  England & France will always be a second home for me.
