The Youniverse Gives You What You're Looking For

Where your attention goes, energy flows. If you're on a path to heal trauma, whether it's your own or generational trauma you incarnated into this life, the youniverse will show you where to look and how to heal it. If that's you, today I have a level of depth you may not have considered yet.

As a Quantum Shaman, I feel the youniverse speaking to me on so many levels. As an astrologer, I've noticed the current cosmic energies pulling my focus toward my health and the past. It's a past that has nothing to do with me personally, one I incarnated into this life to discover and end.

In my energy healing work, I use symbols, crystals, and whatever source guides me to. Lately, I was led to a realization: ancient peoples strategically placed tattoos on the body to stimulate flow and promote healing. Without realizing it, we get tattoos in places that are no coincidence. So how do you understand what a tattoo on a particular part of your body means?

The ancient cultures understood the meridians, the lines through which energy flows in the body, and how each line connects to different parts of the body and internal organs. Those areas and organs govern certain situations, themes, and events in our lives. Somatically, we carry energy in our bodies, and whatever happens in our lives is held somewhere in the body. When our energy flows well, we let experiences move through us and out of us without holding on. But we're only just beginning to understand how this works as a collective. By simply being here and reading this, you're helping the collective mind shift and our consciousness evolve.

Once I understood the message, I dove deep to see what the youniverse was trying to tell me. I turned my attention to my lifelong gut issues. I know that the women on my mother's side of the family all passed away with major gut challenges. That made sense of why I've struggled so much to figure out what I'm doing wrong when it comes to losing weight and having a healthy gut. The answer came when I followed the Large Intestine (LI) meridian, which begins at the index finger, runs up the outside of the arm to the shoulder, climbs the neck, and crosses the face to just below the nose.

That was my "aha" moment. Right below my nose is a scar from birth. I was born with a cleft lip and cleft palate. To me, that says my gut challenges were something I came into this life with, a wound my ancestors passed down that was ready to be healed.

The youniverse reminded me of my connection to symbols, light language, and the energy of the Reiki symbols. The Usui Reiki Dumo symbol, which stimulates flow and removes blocks, was sitting on my desk right in front of me. I quickly found the meridian lines and acupuncture points on my body, grabbed my acrylic markers, and drew the Dumo symbol on the appropriate spots on both sides of my body. Then I invoked the symbol so the energy could begin to flow and break the generational trauma. As I did, I set the intention to heal myself and my family bloodline of whatever they had carried through this timeline.

I don't need to know what the trauma was. I only needed to find where I was holding it in my body and consciously let it go. And did I mention that the Large Intestine line is the line of letting go? It's likely that the gut has suffered in my family for generations because certain traumas couldn't be released. I can certainly relate, and I feel so blessed to have this connection with Source, to have found where the energy lives in my body, and to have the tools to heal this generational trauma.

As I continue to let go and listen to Source, I know I'm called to wake up the collective to yet another way of releasing what isn't ours, so that we can evolve and grow together. If you'd like to explore where trapped energy may be living in your body so you can shift and grow too, I would love to be the catalyst for that change.
