Traveling Out-of-Body is One Way to See the World

I was a relatively normal person for a number of years. Yet, since the age of twenty-two, I was reading self-help, spiritual, and metaphysical books, learning to create my personal reality of health, a loving relationship, and successful business activity. I was practicing meditation and having amazing experiences as I awakened to new possibilities and new ways of seeing, believing, and being. 

At the same time, I was engaged in a busy marketing career that was enhanced by my belief in creating great working relationships, effective advertising and PR. 

I established excellent response and contractual agreements for all types of businesses, from non-profits to the Fortune 500, including the Lodge at Pebble Beach, AT&T, the International Paper Company , and more. And in 1982, I became the first female executive for high-tech companies in Silicon Valley.

In 1987, after I sold both companies, I met a psychic channeler who told me I could also bring forth information from higher dimensions. I was reluctant and skeptical. I had read books written by channelers and had seen a couple in person. I found the information very interesting. So, I decided to try to move into that realm beyond our minds to answer questions from interested friends. I began channeling an Angelic Being I called Ixaca. 

A Non-Physical Trip to Bali And Then A Visit In-Body.

In 1989, I was doing marketing and channeling on the weekends. The number of people attending the channeling sessions increased, and friends would invite me to teach in their homes in different parts of Los Angeles and San Diego. 

One evening, as I was moving aside for Ixaca to come into my body to speak, a vision of a pretty woman appeared and asked me if I would like to go traveling. 

I said okay, and off we went to the island of Bali in Indonesia. It took no time to arrive in an area high in the mountains. Concentrating on the landscape, I saw a vision of a winding staircase cut into a cliff with a uniquely curved railing. A small cave was next to the staircase. At the bottom of the stairs was a small pool of water where a stream was caught between the cliffs before it moved on. I was intrigued and then found myself back in my body.

In 1991, I went to Bali physically for an Earth Day Conference with Power Places Tours. At the conference, I met Joanie Klar, an American from Aspen, who was identical in appearance to the lady who invited me to travel. When asked, she said yes, it was she who came in an Astral body to travel to Bali. 

Joanie, in physical form, invited me to stay in her home and then drove me to Ubud, called the “Artist’s Town” in the mountains of Bali, to meet Linda Garland, who was from Ireland. Linda was an international resort hotel interior designer who helped the Balinese develop new arts.

On Linda’s extensive property ,there was what I had seen in my vision when astral traveling. Joanie walked me over to the staircase down the cliff with the curved railing, the cave, and the pooled water at the bottom of the stairs. I was amazed! 

OPENING TO OTHER DIMENSIONS IN BALI

During that same visit to Bali and during the Earth Day Conference, I had another other-worldly experience. 

It was a very hot, humid day on the Island of Bali. The ocean waves twinkled like diamonds as the sun cast its light on the beautiful bay, highlighting the sandy beach, and filtered through the tall palm trees overhead. I was there as a speaker and participant in an Earth Day Conference sponsored by Power Places Tours.

One of the presenters was describing the meditation she was about to direct. She explained that during the meditation, she would ring the small Tibetan Bells she held in her hands.

The first ringing would lift our consciousness from the base chakra (“survival” at the root of the spine) to the second chakra (“creativity” at the level of the belly button). The next ringing would move our consciousness to the third chakra (our “power center” at the solar plexus) and then to the fourth chakra to our hearts (the energy of Love and the source of creation).

At the fifth ringing of the bells, we would move our awareness to our throats (our communication center) and the sixth to the third eye (intuition) followed by the seventh to the crown chakra (our spiritual connection). At the eighth ring, our consciousness would rise above our heads to the angelic realm, and finally, at the ninth ring, we would move higher still into the flow of Universal Consciousness.

I relaxed, sitting cross-legged on a blanket spread on the grass under the trees. I closed my eyes and followed her directions as she rang the bells. At the sound of the last ringing, I found myself floating among the stars. The feeling and sensations were of expansive freedom beyond anything I could have imagined. There were no boundaries. I was in space, and space was in me. There were no questions to ask and no fear or confusion.

I was floating among the stars when I heard a voice pleading, “Verlaine, come back! Verlaine, come back!” Friends sitting near me noticed that I was turning blue. They became afraid and called out to me.

I heard the voices and wondered, “What is a Verlaine?” I had no idea about an earthly body or even the earth.

They were pleading louder, “Verlaine, come back!”

Just then, I heard a phrase in my mind: “A name is a word with memories attached.”

“Oh, yes,” I thought, “That word must be my name. They are calling me. There must be memories attached to that name. Gradually, I moved back into my body and opened my eyes to the immense relief of the people gathered around me.

As my consciousness settled back into my body, it was interesting to see so much light around my friends and an effervescent glow around the plants, flowers, and trees. Everything was emitting multicolored, pastel colors like soft clouds of iridescent light.

It took days to integrate the expansive energy I had experienced. When I was around people, I felt as if a balloon of light surrounding me moved in and out every time I came near another person.

The effects of that moment still echo through my days. My journey among the stars has changed my perspective on being present in this lifetime. The memories and feelings of that experience are always with me. I know we are all One with the Universe.

"Universe" is an interesting word. It can be divided into Uni = Unified. And Verse, which is defined as a single metrical line in a poetic composition, one line of poetry, or a song.  We are each a part of the poetry…we are each a part of the unified song of the Cosmos.

Invitation to Share Knowledge in Japan

In 1992, an older man came to one of my channeling sessions and afterward asked me if I would like to teach in Japan. I replied that I would be honored to do so. 

Thus, I was able to share metaphysical information in workshops and private sessions with people who came from all over Japan to Tokyo and Osaka.. I spent a month at a time in Japan.

Then, some of my students attended the last class to experience (spiritual awakening) for a week at my home in the mountains of Idyllwild, CA,

ONE Network Arranged for Me to Teach in Australia and then Hong Kong

On this special trip in 1994, I spent one week with lovely people in Sydney and one week in Melbourne. I then traveled to Hong Kong for two weeks. Hong Kong was overwhelming! The wealthy landowners were constantly erecting new skyscrapers. One would buy an unfinished building, tear it down, and build a different design.

Hong Kong was a very busy, noisy place with hundreds of people on the sidewalks, cars on the streets, and intense business activity! I taught workshops on personal growth and manifestation on the weekends and did personal sessions during the week. 

One afternoon, I  was free for a few hours and was resting in my room. As I lay on the bed, I thought I would non-physically check in on John Teressi, my life partner, who was in Europe. I hadn’t done that type of thing before, and didn't know which country he was in at the time

I Imagined that my Astral Body Was Hovering Over Europe So I Could Find John

I closed my eyes and looked down over France and Spain, hoping to see a glowing light (a vibrational frequency) indicating John. He wasn't there. So I directed my Astral Body to England. I saw a glimmering light glowing from a taxi going through Hyde Park.

I swooped down and looked into the car window. There was John in the back seat. I went into the car and sat next to him in my Astral Body. It was great to feel his energy. (There was no sense of going through the metal or window of the car.) When in the Astral body, you think of where you want to be, and there you are.

When I opened my eyes, I was physically lying on my bed in Hong Kong. I thought maybe I had fallen asleep and gone to England in a dream, or that the experience was my imagination. But it felt so real!

Two weeks later, when I had physically returned to California, I received a call from John.

He had been trying to reach me. (This was before mobile phones in the 1990s.) He asked, "Are you okay? You're not hurt, are you?" 

I said, "No, I'm fine. Why do you ask?". 

He said, "Well, I was in a taxi in London entering Hyde Park a couple of weeks ago, and I saw you like a ghost in the car sitting next to me. I thought you may have died."

"Wow! Really! Oh, my Goodness! That's incredible!" I shouted into the phone. "I was there! I astro-traveled to London to see how you were doing!"

Needless to say, we were both startled and amazed that he saw me in the taxi and that it was not my imagination! 

Since then, I have often traveled out of my body to Bali and checked on friends in many places. I even went window shopping in Paris (of course, the problem with that type of shopping is you have no money to spend, and you can't bring the items back with you). 

Can You Travel Out of Your Body?

Yes, it is fascinating to know that you can travel out of body. There is no need to worry about dying because you are always connected by a silver cord, and when you want to go to another location or need to get back in your body, it happens instantly.

My guides helped me to have the courage to experience this freedom by telling me that there is no one stronger than you are in body or out of body. Remember, you are always protected by your Guardian Angel 24/7! 

The most important thing to remember when opening to other dimensions and experiencing your innate capabilities is to listen, trust, and always obey your spiritual guidance, which is your inner knowing – your in-tuition. That guidance will protect you and lead you to new opportunities.

You will know if that guidance is positive and from the higher dimensions when the voice you hear, the vision you see, or the feeling is positive and Loving. Love is the glue of the Universe. God, U.I.-Universal Intelligence, and Universal/Quantum Consciousness, are all One, and that One is Love! You were created from the finest energy and light of Love!
